At Veer Herbals, we aim to deliver your products safely and on time. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email/SMS notification once your order is confirmed and shipped.


2. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro / Tier 2–3 Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 6–10 business days

Delays may occur due to festivals, weather conditions, or courier issues.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Delivery on All Orders (As per your brand banner)

  • No hidden charges during checkout.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID

  • Courier partner name

  • Live tracking link

You can also track your order via your Order History on our website.


5. Incorrect Address

If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Delivery may be delayed

  • Courier may return the package

  • You may need to pay additional charges for re-shipping

Please check your address carefully before checkout.


6. Damaged / Missing Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Missing items

  • Wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos/video as proof.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.


7. Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver:

  • They will make 2–3 attempts

  • If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us

Contact courier support if you miss an attempt.


8. International Shipping

Currently, Veer Herbals ships only within India.
